Eventually I might get affiliate links etc etc until then this is where you can find one of the books/websites/teachers I may have recommended to you in various public places.

Tiny Habits by B.J. Fogg

Easy to read AND life changing education on how you do anything big. His research is what Social Media used to learn about you, be sure you learn how to use it on yourself knowingly ^_^

Physiotherapist who is knows how to laugh at himself. Gives you a toolbox for maintaining and repairing your body. I’ve loved his writing for over a decade. I use his ideas every day of my life. Has saved me thousands in medical costs. Plus I can jump from flat on the ground to standing at 33. He has free stuff all over the internet, but his books and paid material is high quality and worth purchasing. Especially the mobilization tools like the Gemini, which gets into those sore spots deep between the shoulders.

Let the internet’s friendly cooking dad/restaurateur make you feel comfortable, skilled, and happy with cooking at home. Truly a master of hospitality: his books and youtube are a rare example of purely delightful additions to the human experience.
