Getting off schedule. I’ll probably post about that soon. On the gripping hand I can move up to Close Squats next week and I felt much more control in my horizontal pulls. It has taken me a very very long time to work up to even this much of a pull-up. Which seems really odd considering I have good shoulders and back muscles for functional activities.
